Our cancellation and refund terms

No-Refund Policy

All sales on 5S Reviews are final. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features so you can evaluate the service risk-free before making a purchase decision.

  • No charge during trial: You will not be billed during the 7-day trial period
  • Cancel anytime: Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged
  • Automatic conversion: If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins at the end of the trial

2. No-Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because we provide a free trial period to evaluate the service, all charges made after the trial are final.

We encourage all users to make full use of the 7-day free trial to determine if 5S Reviews meets your needs before subscribing. Once a payment is processed, it will not be refunded.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Access until period ends

After cancellation, you retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing period.

No further charges

Once cancelled, no further charges will be made. There is no cancellation fee.

Data access

Your data remains accessible while your account exists. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (duplicate charges, incorrect amount, or charges after a confirmed cancellation), please contact us immediately. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors.

Email support@5sreviews.com with subject line "Billing Error" and include your account email and the invoice number from your billing settings.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment for the full year.

  • Non-refundable: Annual payments are non-refundable once processed
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but your service will continue until the end of the paid annual period with no partial refund
  • No early termination: There is no prorated refund for unused months on annual plans

6. Physical Product Orders (NFC Cards)

NFC review card orders are one-time purchases and are separate from your subscription plan.

All NFC card orders are final once shipped. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for NFC cards except in the following cases:

Damaged in transit

If your cards arrive physically damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will ship a free replacement.

Defective product

If your NFC cards do not function as intended (e.g., NFC chip failure), contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.

Wrong order

If you receive the wrong pack size or cards programmed with the wrong URL, contact us within 7 days for correction.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after order is placed
  • Cards that work correctly but are no longer needed
  • International customs fees or import duties

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a replacement, email support@5sreviews.com with subject line "NFC Card Issue" and include your order details and photos if applicable.

7. Cancelled Orders

Abandoned checkout

If you abandon the checkout process before completing payment, no charge is made and no order is created.

Completed payment

Once payment is processed through Stripe, the order cannot be cancelled as fulfillment begins immediately.

8. Statutory Consumer Rights

European Union & United Kingdom

EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, by using the service during this period, you expressly consent to the performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Australia & New Zealand

Under Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, consumers are entitled to a remedy if a service fails to meet consumer guarantees (e.g., the service is not fit for purpose or not delivered as described). These statutory rights apply regardless of this refund policy.

United States & Canada

State and provincial consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Important: Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Where local law provides greater protection, those rights will prevail.
